Hi all,
I have an issue with my Fitbit which has only started in the last few days.
I charged it on Tuesday to full and yesterday (Thursday) my Fitbit switched off. It is the first time in under a week my Fitbit required a charge so I charged it again for over an hour. Then an hour later, the Fitbit switched off and I tried to switch it back on but only the logo kept popping up.
I left it until later that night and the Fitbit switched on (by itself) but with only 11% left. However, after checking the Fitbit (without charging or anything) the percentage went up to 19%. Then again to 28% and finally to 39%. I did not charge it again and now this morning (only a 9-hour window), my Fitbit is now off again.
I am currently charging it but to help rectify this issue, does anyone have any tips to help fix my Fitbit????

Hi @DeanWoodhouse Have you tried restarting the Versa several times? Or a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About)? Please come back if the issue persists.
