My 2 year old fitbit versa stopped working abruptly, was working normally without any issues. Tried to connect via bluetooth just to rule out if it is just a display issue, no connectivity.
Tried to restart (back button + botton right button) nothing happened.
The battery was at 75% level prior to this issue. Yet to reach out to customer care in India (Bangalore)
Upgraded to latest OS update couple of weeks back.
Any similar experience faced with fitbit versa (version 1.0)?

I’ve had to remove Versa from app and reinstall it twice since the upgrade.

My versa lite (bought new in May from Fitbits website) abruptly stopped working Sept 11. Nothing works to fix it. I even restored it to factory settings and tried downloading the app to my husbands phone. So irritating.
