My Fitbit keeps popping open the quick setting option. I don’t even touch the thing and it keeps opening.  It is killing my battery too

No on my Fitbit. It keeps vibrating and going straight to the quick set settings. It does it over and over again. I’ve shut the Fitbit down three times now and re-synced it with my phone and it continues to do it… And now my back button works when it wants to…
