Hello @Shlrob

I would normally come in and offer some troubleshooting advice that might help with an issue you might be having but the fact that your Fitbit Versa 2 overheats when it’s charging concerns me greatly.

I’d recommend not charging it any further and contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

I understand this might not be the solution you were looking for but I hope pointing you in the right direction is the best answer in this particular situation. I hope this gets sorted out for you quickly.

Hello @Shlrob

I think this question would be better suited for someone at Fitbit Customer Service. You can call them directly at 877-623-4997. I don’t work for Fitbit so I’m not versed on their email procedures but certainly someone there at Fitbit Customer Service can address the failure in email returns.
