My versa doesn't update!

Hello, my versa is still in version 32.33.1.30 but the latest version is suppose to be 32.70.7.14. ,I tried everything to update it but the app never propose me to do the update (i tried with 3 phones) 

What am i suppose to do?

I am also having this problem. I have background refresh in the app turned on the app and all day synch turned on. Very frustrating.
