My fitbit versa is not working at all.after the factory reset it is not working.I have also contacted the fitbit customer service and they have told that press all the three buttons together.after doing it the screen is showing that the battery is 0%.after charging the versa it is not turning on.I have also checked the my versa is allined properly in charging dock.but then also it is not responding.so I am requesting you to replace or repair my fit it versa.

Hi @SunsetRunner You need to contact Support to discuss replacement of a device. All waranty claims have to go through them.
