I have had the Versa Lite for 3 months and I was very satisfied but one day the charge ran out and when I put it on charge the time did not match the real-time so I did everything I could but for some reason, my Versa lite would not sync up to my phone. I looked up what to do and after trying everything else that was recommended I put my versa lite back into factory settings. But now the device will not start up again and the software will not "update tracker" for the device to work. It gets to a very low percentage after a very long period in time and then crashes back to before I try and update the device. I am getting impatient and rather annoyed at the device now as I need it to keep track of time during the day.
It was a lot of money and now it doesn't even work.
Please tell me how to fix this I am very dissatisfied.
