Versa 2 won't vibrate for notifications

I have had my Versa 2 for a couple months and all has been ok

 As of yesterday the notifications will show on my phone but it will not vibrate? Tried several troubleshooting tips and still not working?

Are notifications turned on? 

Did you receive an update to the phone or Fitbit app yesterday? 

What model phone is it?

did you resolve this issue?  Im having the same issue today.  It wont vibrate at all even when ive set an alarm
