Last night my versa ran out of charge so I plugged it in as usual but it would not charge. I cleaned it and tried multiple areas to try to get it to charge. Nothing worked. Help! I wear this all day everyday! Thznk you!

same thing happened to me this morning.
I usually charge the watch when I take my shower. yesterday it didn't charge all the way.
I have been exercising everyday and using it more over the last couple of months and I have noticed the charging capacity decreasing over time.

I charge mine when I shower. Another user said that was an okay way to charge it but then he added “don’t let it ever go completely dead”, I don’t know what the issue is, but it appears to be a bad thing. So that is my 2 cents but it doesn’t help you at all, sorry!

Oh no! Thanks for your response. I work out everyday as well. I tried a few more times to see if I would have any luck getting it to charge but nothing. I have had this for only a year now. Is it already time to buy another?

This happened to me as well. I thought it was the charger so bought a new one on Amazon and it just started charging again. Had it for 2 years

If you are still in Warranty, get with Fitbit before your warranty runs out, If you pass that date then you are out of luck.

Now that is the way to solve a problem, trade up to something that works.

After reading your post I bought a new charger. Versa lasted 4.5 hours. Guess the Apple Watch was the right purchase after all
