Have a look at Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging issues at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If those tips don't work then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support

My husband has the same problem as the OP. His versa won't charge but mine will. We have ruled out problems with the charging cradles, USB ports, and issue of pins being dirty/lined up.  How do you restart a device that doesn't have a charge??? It seems like a circular solution...
