Accepted Solutions

Hi, did you try to clean the contacts of your Versa and the Charger? Use a soft cotton cloth with a slight bit of alcohol solution. Try also restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If these suggestions do not work:

1. Contact your Versa to a legite USB adapter to a wall outlet to sort out whether your charger is defect

2. Otherwise: contact Customer Support.

@Jmonkey02 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not getting a charge even after you left it in the charger the whole day.

I would like to follow up on this and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great troubleshooting steps that shared @SunsetRunner.

If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy
