Hi, I just got my first smartwatch, Fitbit Versa Lite and I'm trying to connect MyFitnessPal to it but when I do, I get an error message from MFP right after I click connect saying "There was a problem with your request Sorry, but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the issue." This happens both in app and on web.
I read a lot of forums and most of them suggest disconnecting the app but since mine was never connected it's not a solution. I tried rebooting my phone, my laptop, deleting and reinstalling both MFP and Fitbit app, clearing cache, most of the solutions I found at first on the internet.
Did anyone else encounter this and could help?

@SunsetRunner the problems with the MFP website seem to have been fixed so it's worth trying again.

I'm currently getting errors when trying to use the MFP web site so it may be that there is an issue at the moment. I would try again once myfitnesspal.com is working again.

Thank you, @SteveH , indeed it works now.
I also tried using mobile data instead of wi-fi, in case someone else later encounters a similar problem, it’s worth a shot.
