MySwimPro app keeps loading

As soon as I select MySwimPro app on my Versa, it just shows the loading screen till eternity. Is there a bug in the app? Also, referring to this discussion thread, can Fitbit collaborate with swim.com?

Hello! I'm one of the developers at MySwimPro. Sorry about the problems with continuous loading - we're aware of the issue and are working on some improvements now that we will be ready soon, including a fix for this. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Can't say about swim com. but I'd follow @RobertoME suggestion and post your suggestion on the feature suggestion, board. 

 

If your looking to have swim com link up to Fitbit, this request needs to be sent to swim.com. Fitbit has provided the tools for others to connect to Fitbit.
