NaN showing on Clock face/not syncing

I’ve tried syncing but nothing happened my heart rate monitor didn’t work yesterday until I wiped it and now it’s the only thing working on the clock face (sort from time/date) any tips? Thanks

Hi @Abestshaw  Try restarting the Versa several times and then try syncing again.

Thanks for the help! Restarted 3x NaN has disappeared but nothing is syncing and heart rate has gone

Well we have made some progress! Is the green light flickering rapidly on the back of your Versa? Also check the settings app on your watch and see if Heart Rate is still turned on. 

What phone are you syncing to? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
