I've only had my versa for about 3 weeks and on Sunday when I went to bed it was at 40% an when I woke up it was at 0. This is the second time this has happened and it also is not staying charged for 5 days.
Is it possible that the face display that I downloaded is draining my battery? The display practically stays on all the time.

Hi, which Clock Face did you download? And yes, if the display is on almost all the time, this drains your battery dramatically. Download on developed by Fitbit itself, restart your Versa and most likely your problem will be solved.

I changed the face to a fitbit face (not a 3rd party face) and turned off the quick view and this helped drastically. I'm going to turn on quick view today to see how quickly it drains with that feature.
