My Versa 2's Bluetooth randomly stopped working. I have turned on/off the watch, deleted the app and re-downloaded it, turned on/off my phone, as well as simply turned on/off my bluetooth at least a dozen times at this point. The watch itself was working fine, it just was not connecting to my phone. After speaking with customer support it was decided that the best course of action was to do a factory reset. Well I did that, and my phone can still not find the watch through blue tooth. Now my watch is just stuck on the screen saying to download the app to pair, and it is now essentially useless as I can't even use the actual watch now. I know it is not issue with my phone, as my AirPods are connecting just fine and I also decided to try and pair my old Fitbit watch, which worked successfully. So, I know it's an issue with the bluetooth for the watch itself and I'm not sure what to do. This Versa 2 is not old and I keep it in good condition, so I have no idea what the next steps should be. If anyone has any ideas please throw them out there, as I've tried virtually every step I've found online and every step that customer support walked me through. Thank you in advance.

Hi @sprite77 - as a first step fully charge and restart the watch and remove/unpair the watch in the phone's Bluetooth.

Then do a Bluetooth scan and see if the watch is detected. You can also follow

What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?

On your phone logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it then restart the phone.

If the phone Bluetooth found the watch, Login and setup the watch and replace, this will pair it again for you.
