I have tried everything first I changed my watch face 2 or 3 times, battery drained 2 times today and had to charge (my battery last me 3-4 days normally) I’ve even reset the Veresa over 5 times!! My versa has large or white vertical lines running through it it turns on and off in a flickering type motion every 10 seconds or so it is draining my battery it connects and works perfectly with my app at doing everything it’s supposed to except the large white vertical lines going through my screen and not turning off the screen is draining my batter

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Wildlacey87. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa screen has large white vertical lines and flashes constantly. Thank you for providing the steps you took to resolve the issue and a photo. Since the restart has not been able to fix this, I'd like you to try a factory reset. Please note only that after doing a factory reset, all apps installed and the data that has not been synced yet to Fitbit account will be deleted. In order to do the factory reset, please follow the steps from this help article: How do I erase my Fitbit device?

If you're unable to follow the above steps, please do the following to do a factory reset:

  1. On the watch, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Once the Fitbit.com/setup screen appears, open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and unpair the watch from the list. Then, please set up the watch back to your account with the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around!

My Versa is doing the exact same thing, and I have done all of the same things to troubleshoot. I don't know what else to do. I have absolutely loved it, but it was not an inexpensive piece of equipment, and I hate that it is functional less than 50% of the time. Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

My Versa started showing the White screen and the vertical lines. I’ve tried the reset by holding down all 3 buttons. This did not work.

Please help.!
