Hi. I do not know what to do and need help. I am a long time fitbit user and have had several different models. I currently have the Versa 2. It would not let me swipe up or left but was other wise very usable. I contacted support to get help with the swiping problem and followed their directions to hard reset. Upon following those directions, my fitbit will not sync and has a large bright line going down it with the rest of the screen being darker. Which wasn't there before. They said there's nothing they can do other than give me a 35% discount code even though I didn't need a new one until I followed their directions. IS there anywhere else I can contact?
