I was having troubles with keeping a charge on the battery so I tried doing a factory reset. Well once I did it turned off and then on. But then while trying to get it set up again it turned off. I have it on the charger but I can’t get it to turn back on! Anyone else experience this? Please help!

Hi @Jennjar , two suggestions:

1. Try again to perform a Factory Reset, maybe the first time it dit not complete the reset.

2. If that does not work (hoping it's still under warranty), contact Customer Support. regards kuzibri
