Neither Versa nor Alta HR registering floors

I have 2 new Fitbits - Versa and Alta HR. Neither is registering floors climbed. I have tried restarting them and I’ve tried setting them up as new devices, However, I still have the same problems. Everything else is working, averaging 10-12k steps a day, but 0 floors climbed, which I know is inaccurate. Please help!

I can't explain the versa problem but the Alta HR does not track floors. They left out the necessary sensor to make it as small as possible.
