Never stays connected

The Versa has caused me nothing but trouble and time wasted since my purchase. It never stays connected to my phone via Bluetooth or WiFi and whenever I try to sync it on the app it goes from syncing to looking back and forth. I’ve reset it, I’ve read other forums but now I can’t even get it to fully sync or update which makes it really a waste.

Have you tried to keep your Versa next to your phone while you sync it, and the Versa wont stay connected because it is only wifi connected, not with a built in gps.

Yes, I keep the Versa right next to my phone every time. It won’t even show up half the time as a blue tooth device. I never had this problem with the charge.

Hi @mkenerson 

 

Have you tried to disconnect your watch from the fitbit app, then reconnect it and see if it works.
