Not sure if what you are describing is the same. I have a Fitbit Versa. The Fitbit app is on my iPhone and iPad. App just did an update today, Feb. 21/2019. When I launch the Fitbit device it turns itself off almost immediately before screen can refresh. Won't stay open. Same issue on both devices even after rebooting. I think there's an error in the new app release.

Any solution?
