Since the latest update, my Fit Bit has lost time, will rarely sync. I did a factory reset and now all it shows is the diamond logo. I can no longer sync it, it does not show up as a device I can sync. Ive restarted the Bluetooth numerous time, attempted resyncing it numerous times,but no luck with it being "found" by my Android phone. Ive reinstalled the Fitbit app 6 times. So much money spent on something that no longer works appropriately!!

Hi @Barefootinsun I hate syncing problems! What phone is it (make and model) you are using?
Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems

Unfortunately I cant see that phone on the Supported Devices List so that may be why you are having problems suddenly. Unsupported phone often DO work but may suddenly stop working when something changes (usually an update tp phone or tracker). All you can do is try all the suggestions in the article I linked above. Sorry I am not more help ☹
