Versa not syncing since update

Hi all.

 

So annoyed.  Since I updated on the 27 July my Versa is not syncing with the app at all.  Uninstalled etc but no joy.  It has synced with the dongle on the computer just now  645 am UK time but data of sleep etc not updated.  Any ideas so so annoyed.

I am now experiencing the same. I can’t work out either why or a solution. 😟

just done factory reset and nothing - synced steps but nothing 

else.. I am livid.

Good luck. Following a second reset, I think my sync. Has recovered. 🤞
