Greetings Versa Community.  I recently purchased the Versa 2, and I'm struggling to find, what I believe, is likely an easy fix.  I'd like to take a personal photo, from my phone, and make it the background photo I see each time I look at my watch.  Any/all feedback would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks, in advance, for your help!!!

Hi @Midlo404 , go in the Fitbit app to Clocks (press in the dasboard of your Fitbit app the Versa icon). Press tje Cloclks tile and after that "All Clocks" . You see on top of the list Clock Faces developed by Fitbit (which is always the safest choice), press show alland scroll down untill you see a CF called "Photograph" and select it after wich it will be installed. After installation wait for about 2 secs and you will see "Permissions", press that and make sure all items are selected. Go back and if you see "Settings" press that and upload you photo. Thank you, I'll certainly give it a try.  I'm assuming this is all done on the phone app, and the phone only has to be paired with the watch and not connected by any cable.  Can this be done using the Fitbit app on a Windows 10 laptop, and if so, should the watch be connected via USB cable?

Hi, if you have installed this clock face and uploaded your photograph to this face it's in principle automaticaly synced to you Versa. Regards kuzibri

Worked perfectly!  Thanks for your help.

As a new Versa 2 owner, I'll likely have many more questions to post on the forum.

One of the other questions I have concerns the "always on" clockface.

Seems to be either the plain digital or analog, depending upon my default.

Is there a way to keep the customized (with my selected personal photo) clockface as the "always on"?

Hi, yes this is possibe, but after a while (around 10 secs) the Versa jumps into the battery saving mode with a black background and certain stats icons you can press to see their data. To turn the display on again you will need to push the left button. BUT, I personally strongly advice you not to choose the display to be always on. Certainly with this CF, your battery will drain like hell, which you do not like in the end. My choice would be to set your display to automatic (wake up on movement of your wrist) and the on screen time at 10 secs. regards kuzibri

I very much appreciate the tips.  I was about to send the watch back to the vendor, but with your help, I was able to get my frustration out of the way.

If you can provide any input re: additional apps to help with managing the day, i.e. productivity, time management, etc, it would also be appreciated.

Thanks again for your input.
