My versa has suddenly stored vibrating for all notifications. Yes I have done everything the forums has suggested such as re installing the device, re installing the app, restarting phone (Samsung 10 5g), restarting watch , turning Bluetooth off and on, Wi-Fi off and on, notifications off an on. I have also done these a number of times in different sequences Still no vibrating. I note that my husband has same poop be and watch a n his vibrations work. Very very frustrating. I'm now trying to find where I can lodge a help desk request but can't find that either. please help as I'm close to returning the same thing and getting a Garman!
I'm obviously very frustrated as there are some very funny spelling mistakes lol!
Vibration stopped working!
Husband has same watch and phone that vibrates with every notification.

@FiB123, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not vibrating when you receive notifications. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps that you mentioned above.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
