New Versa 2 not syncing

Hi, got my versa 2 yesterday and I've have to switch it off twice so far. Screen frozen the first time so I wasn't able to swipe and the 2nd time it wouldn't sync. My Bluetooth is on but it's not syncing. I've turned Bluetooth of. I've logged in and out of the app. It's now not even seeing the versa 2 in the Bluetooth list. I don't want to have to turn it off again!! Also, because it's not syncing my messages aren't coming through.

Any suggestions?

Where you able to setup the Versa 2? 

As for the phones Bluetooth, it doesn't matter. Without knowing anything about the phone, I'll point you to the help.
