when I try to download a clock, it says Not Available. When I click on why it says This clock is not compatible for your device. However, everything has been updated and synced. Any help?

Hi @Sassylove77 - if you are locating the clock to download in the Fitbit App you will only see clocks available for your watch.
In which case check your firmware level in the watch Settings, About menu. The latest is found here What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
If you use Google it returns all clock faces and you may have chosen one that is not designed for your watch, look at the top it will tell with which watches it's compatible.
