I have recently purchased my versa lite. I went to download a new clock face and some apps but it says I need to update the latest software to the versa lite.
I have tried everything but the Fitbit app doesn't show there is an update available.

Hi there @Rubbernubbies, welcome on board. I totally understand where your concern is coming from. If your phone meets the requirements it may work, Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.
Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!
In regards to the All-Day Sync option, note that to improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app. When your phone is near your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned on, it periodically syncs with the Fitbit app to update your stats and download available firmware updates. More frequent syncing rarely, if ever, noticeably decreases your device’s battery life. To learn more about what factors affect battery life, see Can I extend my Fitbit device’s battery life?
If your Versa Lite is a brand new, please note that you will eventually get the latest version.

Hi there @SarahSpro, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the message you're getting in the Fitbit app when try downloading clock faces for your new Versa Lite. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot your watch and Fitbit app in order to install the most recent update.
May I know what is the version currently installed on your watch? You can find it either by going in the , tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image (the firmware version number appears under your device's name) or on your Versa, in the Settings app > About or Device Info.
That said, leave on all-day sync and let the Fitbit app run in the background on your phone, which allows a small portion of the firmware update to download to your Fitbit device each time you sync. To check that all-day sync is turned on: In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > confirm All-Day Sync is on.
Also, I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

I am having the same issue, just got my watch today, it did an update right when I was syncing it. My Versa Lite is showing version 38.33.1.30. I also have a Samsung Galaxy Note8 - which I noticed isn't on that list of devices. How often are new phones added to that list? It's frustrating to see the Note 5 and the Note 9 listed, but not the 8.
Also, I am not seeing any option for All-Day Sync - I thought I had read that option has now been removed and it is always on all-day?
Thanks!
A
