My replacement versa lite arrived last evening, it has been updating since ?? Tried turning it off & now, reinstalling the app, just don’t know what to do ? The face watch just says download the app but that’s done. So frustrating 😣

Hi there @caitnoone, thanks for stopping by. I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa Lite is having a hard time to setup or update. I'll be glad to help you with this.
Since you're replacing your old Versa Lite, I'd recommend doing the following:
1. Remove the old Versa Lite from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Remove the old Versa Lite from your Fitbit account.
3. Restart your Versa Lite.
4. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
5. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
6. Setup your Versa Lite
