4 days with my versa and as of right now, I'm not pleased. There's a 30 day return policy, and as of right now, I'll be taking advantage of it.... Stair count is not as accurate as the Blaze and it won't stay connected to my phone so I'm not able to take advantage of any of the features. Why do I keep giving fitbit a chance?? I swear I won't purchase a new model and I always do and I'm never truly satisfied.

Hi, have a look at this article about : How does my Fitbit device count floors?
Regarding staying connected to your phone: Have you enabled contious syncing, quick view and Always Connected in your Fitbit app?
Hope this helps.

Thanks for a reply 🙂 I found the same article on Friday and read it when I noticed my floor count was double what it usually was for a Fri... I have to really swing my arms for it to register floors, which I didn't have to do with my blaze.
As for the syncing, I've tried all syncing suggestions by fitbit. It synced once 3 hours ago after shutting the device down. I shut it down just now and had no luck this time. For a device less than 5 days old, this is annoying. I can't enjoy any of the features I paid for. Might as well return it and use the blaze, and save $170.

Hi, regarding syncing, you can try the following:
1. Close the Fitbit app on your phone.
2. Deinstall the Fitbit app. do not remove or unpair your Versa.
3. Restart your phone
4. Reinstall Fitbit app and enable all the syncing items again.

I have tried all those things... I'll unpair later, when I'm home and there are no other fitbit devices near me. So upsetting for a device I've only used since Thursday evening.
