New Versa setup and upgrade

I am unable to get the upgrade installed on the new versa.  Also the only screen that displays on the Versa is the initial "to get started, download the app. in several different languages.  I tried the factory reset, different devices etc.  PLEASE HELP!

Yes Samsung 8 also tried the Lenovo Yoga

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary using the Samsung S8.
