I have a Samsung phone and haven't had issues with the Versa2 syncing before but it last synced at 11:58 am today and I can't get it to work. Any suggestions???

I have been having the same problem. My Versa2 seems to be disconnecting from my phone. I would first try to restart your Versa2 by holding the button on the left side of it for 10 seconds or so. At the same time, check your bluetooth connections on your phone and make sure that your Versa2 is paired with it. If that doesn't fix it, you may need to remove the Versa2 from your Fitbit app, and then reinstall it. Hope this helps.

I am very disappointed with my Versa, this is one of the many reasons. Unfortunately, I find that I have to restart my phone regularly and sometimes I even have to force stop the fitbit app before restarting my phone. And when it does sync, it takes a long time.
