Have a new versa. It will.not move past download app screen.
What do I need to do? Does it need a longer charge?

If you have gone through the setup process ok and it's still displaying the setup message then, for some reason, it has not connected the fitbit to your account, What I suggest is that you restart the fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker? and then go through the setup again by going into the settings in the app by selecting your profile image at the top left of the dashboard and then selecting "set up a device". Hopefully this time it will connect and stay connected.
