New versa. Charged and setup, won't turn on. Buttons dont do anything no matter how long you hold them.
Can't find a phone number, so far worst customer support system of any product ever purchased

To better assist you, I'd like to make sure that your Versa is fully charged. New Fitbit devices might need to be charged before you start using it. You mentioned it's indeed charged, but did you charge it when you received it?
Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging. I'd also recommend taking a look at this help article for more troubleshooting steps.
