New Versa wont update and sync

Good day

My new Versa will not update the firmware or sync.

 

I have reinstalled the app, reset to factory mode, and unpaired the Bluetooth numerous times.

 

The process generally freezes at step 3 of 3, of the setup. The fitbit is ready but the app will not proceed.

I have a android Huawei P9 lite.

 

 

Please urgently assist.

@Qume - I appreciate all the trouble shooting you have done but I’m sorry to say that your phone is not compatible with Fitbit devices because of the phone’s Bluetooth issues. You can check it out  by tapping here then scrolling to the bottom of the page.
