New Versa would not connect / setup

I bought a Versa (limited edition) at the Airport while traveling 3 days ago, bday present for my wife. Now home, trying to connect to the iphone, it will not connect. I tried all the tips posted here on the forum (phone on/of, disconnect all bluetooth, reinstall app etc) and I tried connecting it to 3 different phones. I tried the reset of the phone, but this Versa does not have 3 buttons, it only has 1 on the left.

I had trouble connecting my Ionic in the past, but figured these Fitbit connectivity issues would have been solved by now. Guess not.

Can someone from Fitbit please reach out and let me know how I can get this brand new device up and running?

Hi @sbprive - It sounds like you bought the Versa Lite. You can reset this device by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds, or until the Fitbit logo appears.

May I ask? Which phones were you trying to connect to?  Are they on the list of supported devices

Hi, on the box it does not say Versa Light, that one I believe I saw in the store as well, but this one is the normal version I believe.

Is it possible that the box did not say it was a Versa Light? If there are no normal Versa with 1 button, than I guess it is a Light. Strange it would not clearly say that on the box, right?

The box states: Versa, limited edition.

My Versa 2 has only 1 button. I also can't connect to WiFi or my phone. Very frustrated.

And I just found out these watches don't have build in GPS.... seriously? What use if you still need to bring your phone on your run?! Connected-GPS, that is a joke, GPS should be a minimum requirement for a fitness tracker. Very strange and dissapointing.
