Fitbit has sent out a new watch to me because my old on gave up one day and now after days of trying to sync my new watch it just doesn't want to sync.
I have constantly restarted, switched things on and off and it constantly takes me back to the 'to start,download the fitbit app' on the watch screen.
Any more ideas?

Can I just check that you are following the instructions for setting up a replacement tracker documented at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873.htm?Highlight=replacement

Hi there! I have just tried the given instructions but unfortunately it will not change screen from the 'download the fitbit app'
I got as far as 'download' and it failed instantly.
