Just got a new android Pixel phone and my Versa 3 watch will not sync. I didn't know to remove the app from my previous Motorola phone and am not sure the right way to proceed. Should I delete the app and reinstall? Would appreciate any help with this issue. Thanks!

Thank you for your help. I did finally figure out how to sync my watch after reading your info along with other information on Fitbit. Appreciate your quick response. Thanks again.

Yep. Did do those things and Guy's information was very helpful along with Fitbit information. Thanks for responding. I'm extremely happy my watch is finally sync'd!

Hi @SMack2 - changing phones can be an issue.
Make sure to remove Bluetooth entries from your old phone or turn it off.
Then on the new phone first try stopping the app toggle Bluetooth off and on, restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds and restart the app and manually sync.
If all else fails remove any Bluetooth entries from the Pixel then setup the watch in the app as a replacement but note you may lose recorded watch data.

Please download the Fitbit app on your new phone and log in to your Fitbit account. As @Guy_ mentioned, make sure to remove your watch from Bluetooth on your previous phone before syncing on the new phone.
