Am I supposed to have the ‘Today’ bit on my Versa screen? You know the bit that tells me how many completed hours I’ve done etc? Mine doesn’t show but it’s down under the apps bit
I also get a yellow triangle, see pic 1, but when I click everything seems ok. Am now stumped as to what’s happening

Best AnswerDone all that, except for the fact that I now have this screen, it hadn’t moved at all while for what seems like ages. Now getting told I have an update
Best AnswerHi, the Today screen will only pop up when you swipe form the bottom of the display to the top of the display. It allows you to track up to 7 activities by pressing settings and enable the items you want the Today screen to show you after the swiping movement.
Best AnswerHi @SunsetRunner
The today screen on the Versa isnt with the other apps to access it swipe upwards on the clock face and it will load and you can scroll through all the different stats.
I think the yellow triangle next to permissions mean you havent granted the app some of the permissions it needs. Tap the arrow next to the triangle and it should tell you what permissions you need to give the app.
Please come back if you continue to have problems

Thank you re the ‘today’ bit. I had a Blaze before so just swiped to the left for it to show up
As far as the triangle goes, I’ll add the picture again, this is all that came up so am stuck as to what it can be
Best AnswerTry restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. See if that solved the yellow triangle issue.
Best AnswerStill the same, even tried logging out and back on but the yellow triangle is still there
Best AnswerHi, what you can try now is a Factory Reset: Go to the settings on your Versa, press that. Scroll down to "Device Info", press it and scroll down to "Factory Reset" and press it. You have to realize that by doing that your Versa will be brought back to the "In the Box" state as if it still was in the Factory/shop. You have to setup your Versa with your phone all over again. Good luck.

Best AnswerHi, put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer. To be as safe as possible: connect your Phone also to your computer.
Best AnswerTouch wood, the screen and Fitbit seem to have sorted themselves out.
It’s still coming up with a yellow triangle so I’m just going to leave it now. Thank you for your help
