Hi!
I’ve purchased a new fitbit, the versa 2. I am not sure if I have the right version since I do not have the function “action zone minutes”. Moreover, I’d like to download apps but then I get the following message:” in order to install the Fitbit app, it requires your phone and your Fitbit to have the latest update to be installed” On both my phone and Fitbit device I’ve installed the latest update. I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is... if anyone can help me, that would be much appreciated.

Ik heb een nieuwe fitbit aangeschaft, de versa 2. Echter heb ik volgens mij niet de laatste versie, ik heb niet de nieuwe functie “actieve zoneminuten” daarnaast als ik apps wil downloaden staat er: om deze app te installeren moet je ervoor zorgen dat de fitbit app op je telefoon en op je fitbit apparaat de laatste update is geïnstalleerd. Op zowel mijn telefoon als het apparaat geven ze aan dat dit het geval is... ik kom er niet uit. Hopelijk kunnen jullie mij helpen. Alvast bedankt.

Is your Versa 2 have the latest firmware.

Check the link I pointed to in my last post to see if your Versa 2 has the latest update.
Also make sure that your app on the phone is up to date.

Hi @Rich_Laue, i checked the link, i dont have the right version. My phone And the fitbit app says i have the last update but i haven’t.. I have already deleted my fitbit and add it again, but still no new update. 😞

I was having the same essue you need to wait for the firmware update.
