I just bought my versa on Tuesday ive litterally had it 4 days. I updated it as my app said and now my watch is black ...green flashing light on back. And wont connect. I just wasted 150.. Im beyond mad. And yea I have forced stop app uninstalled reinstalled and even tried the restart my watch .... Nothing ..... I am.open to suggestions

I understand you’ve tried restarting your Versa 2 as well as uninstalling then reinstalling the Fitbit App and this has not fixed the issue.
Is the Versa 2 still tracking data, such as steps, and displaying it on the Fitbit App? Is the Versa 2 still indicating it’s syncing on the Fitbit App? Is it showing as connected to Bluetooth on your mobile device?
If the answer is yes to those questions have you tried changing the clock face going through the Fitbit App? Sometimes changing the clock face back to the original clock face (or preferably any one made by Fitbit) can address screen issues.
