Hi!
I bought a Fitbit versa 2 directly from Fitbit for Christmas. I got it somewhere around December 12th. It worked perfectly.
following the most recent update which I installed last week around February 6, my watch has been SEVERELY malfunctioning.
for example, the main screen constantly glitches and twitches. If I go to swipe to another screen it will toggle between two screens and not let me select anything. If I open an app such as exercise it automatically selects one for me and starts it, not letting me press any other buttons. Same with the alarm app. It will automatically select smart wake which I never use.
sometimes it will stop tracking my heart rate and will shut off and reboot itself. This is EXTREMELY annoying especially when I’m in the middle of an exercise assuming that that app is working for the moment.
i note that I do not take this watch off UNLESS I am showering and then it goes on the charger. Otherwise I’m always wearing it.
I LOVE my Fitbit. But this issue if not fixed soon is going to force me to have to return it and get an Apple Watch instead.
i have already factory reset the watch several times, got rid of all third party clock faces, and it STILL does it.
please help!!

At the gym right now and can’t even track my exercises. SO FRUSTRATING 👿👿👿😭😭😭
