Versa stopped receiving notifications

After doing the latest iPhone update I am no longer receiving notifications, calls etc.

I have this problem also but for me it was a previous iPhone update. Not had notifications in 4-6 months. I spoke to Fitbit last week as I am getting frustrated at not using the watch to it’s full potential ie notifications etc. I was told it was an issue between the iPhone update & Fitbit software. To ensure the latest Fitbit update is on my Versa and to basically wait it out until the problem is rectified by Fitbit. Sorry I’m not much help. I’m currently looking to purchase another brand of smart watch 😢
