New versa lite won't sync

I just got a versa lite. Went through the setup without any major issue (just lagged out once) but now it will not sync. The Bluetooth connection doesn't seem to stick either. The message Fitbit gives me is unable to connect to versa lite. I've tried restarting my phone and the Fitbit multiple times. 

 

Phone is a pixel 3a

Hi @Kdl.fit  U fortunately your phone is not on the Supported Devices List whichnis probably why youbare having problems. All you can do is work through THIS Help Article on syncing issues. I hope you find something that works for you.

I have been having the issue too. Nothing is syncing even with my device being an iphone. The issue seems to be with ios app somewhere.
