I contacted support last night but not heard anything yet. I have already done all the online suggestions so apart from having the watch strangle my wrist and hope it may pick up something sometimes not sure what else to do.
Hi, well support got back to me and their solution was follow the steps for switching off watch etc that I had already done. Looks like I may have to admit defeat and return the watch and give up.
