Mine is doing the same thing. Its telling me my resting heart rate is 70 and it keeps climbing Smiley Frustrated

Sorry yours is the same! Its so so frustrating especially for a watch that isnt cheap!

I contacted support last night but not heard anything yet. I have already done all the online suggestions so apart from having the watch strangle my wrist and hope it may pick up something sometimes not sure what else to do.

If they give me any solutions I will let you know

Hi, well support got back to me and their solution was follow the steps for switching off watch etc that I had already done. Looks like I may have to admit defeat and return the watch and give up.
