Is it possible to set a night or sleep more to turn off screen and notifications?

Hold in left side button to few seconds.  Look for 'Screen Wake' and 'Notifications'.  Tap each to toggle.

 

If you have a credit card stored. you might have to swipe left or right  to get to that screen.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
