Hi!

My Versa 2 tracker isn't displaying anything. I tried to reset it by holding the button for 10 seconds. The blue diamond logo showed up but then disappeared and nothing is being displayed on my tracker. I've charged it too. Help!!

Thanks for the tip. Still didn't work. The screen has no display. Then when I hold the button down for about 10 seconds, the blue diamond logo appears for a few seconds and then disappears. Then I'm back to nothing on the screen.

@Jeweljd99 - thanks, this is most probably normal when the watch is not properly setup, following an incident.

Did you follow the steps in the link provided to set it up again?

I did all of the steps in the link but when I got to set up the device, the fitbit wouldn't pair to the app. I kept getting a message the the fitbit wasn't found and to try again. I had it in the charger while I did this. I took it out, held the button on the side til the diamond logo showed up and tried to set it up again with no luck. I tried several times. I finally gave up and took the fitbit out of the charger. Now the blue diamond is flashing on the screen every 10 seconds or so.

Also, the fitbit was working fine. It was working when I went to sleep last night but it wasn't working when I woke up.

@Jeweljd99 - thank you for the steps you performed and the results. The logo flashing is more of a problem.

Your feedback is useful.

Thanks for your help!! I started doing some searches on the lifespan of a fitbit, and the problem may just be that it's old. I've had it for two years.

@Jeweljd99 - thanks, that's a common misconception the hardware doesn't last.

Watch seals apart, more often than not it's a software fault at the root of a problem which is sometimes compounded by incorrect diagnosis or troubleshooting that ends up making the problem worse.

For example, a factory reset can destroy the the watch due to a bug in the process.

For some reason there are many stuck on logo, or logo rebooting posts.

I found this link which seems to give good advice for many cases. It may help.

Hi! Thanks again for all of your help. I tried all of the steps you gave to me and nothing worked. I ended up getting a new Fitbit, a Versa 3, b/c I wanted one with GPS anyway. I really like it so far!!
