No Versa 2 data on app

My Fitbit says it is synced.  It shows up on Bluetooth. My Fitbit watch shows my data, heart rate etc. (not sleep info), yet no data shows up in my app.

I came here looking for help, I have the same issue, 

It stopped recording heart data from October, 

Watch version 35.72.1.23

Any ideas ?

I ended up up chatting with support. It took more than one contact with them but after a while my issue was finally resolved. I really can’t even tell you what finally worked. It was frustrating

@Cpm1, make sure that your watch is paired with your account.
