Hi,
I just purchased the Fitbit Versa and its really beautiful. Thanks Fitbit !!
I receive call notifications on my watch however i haven't received a single Whatsapp notification (It is selected by default). I have also selected some other apps to receive notification but i haven't received a single till now. I have been using the Versa for a week now.
Additionally this is the error that I get on my Fibit app (Notification service not running.). Ive restarted my phone multiple times. I have also uinstalled and installed the app again. Have unpaired and paired it thru Bluetooth time but it doesnt help. The same pop up is always there on my phone notifications.
Platform: Android
PS: I have used the Fitbit HR and then the Charge 2. My reason for moving to the Versa was to get visual notification to which i could also reply via my watch. Currently im unable to do so. Please help or incase there is a link for this problem which has already been solved in the past.

Thanks for the reponse.
I do see Xiomi phones in the supported list but not my specific model which is a MI Max 2
Does Fitbit normally expand their supported product model span or is it a fixed list.
